Full episode player websites?

These days each TV network website has a full episode player. I want to watch Kimora Lee Simmons life in the fab lane but style network doesn't have a episode player. I also wanted to watch some other shows and their network doesnt have an episode player. Does anyone know a website that shows all types of shows? ( not just abc or tnt and stuff like that, everything possible. Every single channel.) Thanks!
