Whats wrong with filipino culture?

im a Filipino too so please dont think im getting any advantages upon raising this argument -as racist people do. im taking pride of all the filipino artists especially when they make it to the international scene, but what i dont understand,when they become very fanatic, they tend to impugne, scorn and literally do everything to bring down other filipino artists who just happen to be compared with their idols. and to think they are the ones who initiated the comparison so as to show that a specific artists is like "****" compared to his/her idol. they were the ones who introduces the comparison out of nowhere and then theyll talk crap about the supposed to be rival or counterpart just to bring their idols to the top.i dont get it. no matter how hard i try to stop them,like when i comment on their videos on youtube,they just wouldnt stop. its like a contagious disease that poisons their blood. its like incurable hopeless case.and their sickness goes a long way. which even puts the whole country to shame. like when they compare some international artists to local artists who are equally world cl. theyll say anything to bash,disdain,villify, disgrace,scorn and step on their being so as just to lift their idols.its very very sickening. like i want to throw up to their faces.for better understanding ill take these as examples. like when they compare regine velasquez to mariah carey, or sarah geronimo to charice pempengco, kyla to nina. vice versa. im just happy that male artists are not susceptible to their wickedness. im such a great fan of filipino artistry. i embrace and celebrate anything that brings pride to our country, whether they are singers, actors, dancers, chorales, athletes , inventors, scholars, cartoonists, anyone or anything that represents and brings honor to the country. but what i really dont understand is their mentality, their disease. sometimes im scared that ill be like them too. coz whenever i hear or read them put down other artists who just happen to be doing their jobs and reaching for their dreams and to be compared with their idols(who themselves started) some feelings of hate try to rouse in me.sometimes im beginning to feel hate for the artist whos dye hard fans are very very contemptious. like i tend to lean for the underdogs. but i dont do anything. i dont want to be like them,im trying very hard to kill the rousing feeling and just be neutral.what can i do to stop them? but i think they are incurable. sometimes i feel sorry for the artists themselves. coz their fans are corrupting them. like introducing the idea that others are a great threat to them, and they are injecting ideas to the artists minds that they should not be friends with each other,they are establishing hostile ground for them, like telling- shes very insecured;shes a crap compared to her; she swamped her.shes trying hard; just imagine how they try to corrupt their minds.and so it would be hard for the artists to work peacefully together when they infact could be really good friends. i understand these people are just *******! no real man does such a thing. i dont know with girls.
