Can someone help me understand?

well i dont know where to begin but just that im feeling really sad all of a sudden. im usually a really happy person and dont usually have much of a problem with things but now i feel sad and have for about a week now. it all started after i watched this one movie and fell in love with it. first i was really upset because it made me want to be smarter and try harder but im not the smartest person in the world but that made me feel so sad that i couldnt help from crying in cl! i couldnt stop it. a little bit after that i came to terms with myself and realized that i was infatuated with the man who plays the main character, hes everything i want in a man, and i guess that made me feel really sad because i feel like ill never find someone like that for me and if i do he wont love me :( and now im just really sad and i cant stop it and i have cry so bad but really dont know why!! and i hate this feeling and dont know how to stop it can someone please help me? i feel like im beyond help :'(
