Amanda Seyfried show?

What was the name of the show she was on where she had like supernatural abilities? Like bad things would happen to people she didn't like. It was on the WB before it became the CW if I recall right. This had to be around 2000-2003. It was before Mean Girls. I've already checked IMDB and it's not on there and its been in the back of my mind driving me crazy for awhile now
