Will Al Gore get sued and die broke for Global Warming Fraud?

Unfortunately, people in a position like Al Gore can simply point to the scientists and say he was mislead (it is a consensus after all). The scientists can say that they never said they were 100% certain so really everybody can get off scott free. And then we can move on to the next catastrophe.
