What does, how heavy is your clothing on wii fit mean?

ive always been stuck on this part and never know what to put, it may seem silly or simple, but when it goes can you tell me how heavy is your clothing what am i sposed to put? say im just wearing a light t shirt and pj shorts (usually) do i plus plus lbs as im wearing something so thats how much it weighs or minus lbs because i need to take the weight off my final calculation of how much it is.or just leave it at 0.if that makes any sence haha
