a tubal does not affect the hormones that is the primary job of the ovaries. if you still have your uterus and ovaries (which it sounds like you do) your body will continue to produce those hormones and will still continue the process naturally. you did not say your age so it just might be a natural time for you to start menopause. you really need to talk with your doctor about this and if you are unsatisfied with their answer seek a second or even third opinion.
