A lot of people wake up feeling worse, but if you start getting lethargic and tired more often and you start napping, it could be the Flu. Watch out for signs of muscle and body aches, being tired and having not much energy, and the usual cold symptoms. If your cold lasts longer than about 5 days go see a Dr, if you have Flu symptoms go and see a Dr, so they can take blood tests to see what you actually have.
