I'm so infatuated with the human body, what should i do.?

I enjoy learning anything that involves the body. Like Stem Cells, regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, organs etc. I like to watch videos too about the human body. I know that I want a career in the medical field, but I don't know which field I want to get into because there are so many interesting ones. I want to be active in the career I choose, I want to put my knowledge to work, I want to be around people, I really don't want to be a paper *****, by that I mean doing a lot of paper work because that's not me. What career do you think I should choose in the medical field?
