I'm 13 and I need help with me?

Ok I need helping finding my true calling. People tell me I'm good at singing I luv it but I dnt think I'm good enough. I love fashion designing but I haven't had rly good ideas in a while. I have recently felt that I need to help people and the main thing I wanted to do was get on a news talk show like GMA or Oprah and talk about raising enough money to pay for a childs surgery and buy a homeless family a home. But IDK wat I should really focus on. PLEASE help me, I would appreciate it a lot.
