Husband got the h1n1 flu shot today at work, can i catch swine flu from him ?

My husband got the nasal mist h1n1 flu shot today at work and he told me that a group of the other guys that got the shot said you have to stay away from family because they can catch swine flu if you get the vaccine.. is this true or is his co workers a bunch of dumbes and my husband scares me for nothing.
