How do I access Honest Hearts add-on in New Vegas?

I just purchased the add-on and downloaded it, but I can't get it to show up in game. I first tried loading right before the final battle at Hoover Dam, and when that didn't work, I went further back by quite a lot (two whole levels), and it still isn't showing up as an option. I've wandered around in game for a while, and nothing.
