Don't want a divorce.......Help?

Dispute it. I mean go to court, say you don't agree with it and don't want a divorce. They will take your response and set a court date. And the date won't be given to you till 5-8 weeks have ped and by that time your court date would be here. Hopefully, you'll have enough time to prove to her your innocence and that could save your marriage. But yeah, just because she said i want a divorce you don't get it. You have to prove to court and courts take a long time to resolve issues. Good luck.
